This box set combines four low-budget Mexican action and adventure features. First on the list is A PUNTA DE PISTOLA (1998), the tale of an honest journalist who decides to take on a corrupt local mayor, Lorenzo Bracamontes - an act that costs the writer everything and forces his children to take matters into their own hands to protect their parents. Next up is ANGELUZ (1998), a sci-fi action saga where the spirit of a medieval warrior possesses the body of a young student and begins to fight local crime. The third picture in the set, 2008's MARIA NAVAJAS 2, continues the saga of its predecessor, as El Grapa escapes from prison, intent on finding his sister, and must infiltrate an illicit organization controlled by nasty thugs to gain access to her. Finally, PACAL: LA CIUDAD MAYA PROHIBIDA tells of a professor, Bruno Sagan, who obtains a secret map to a lost city hidden in the Mayan jungles and decides to find the secret metropolis for himself.
