With the system's hands tied after the murder of his daughter, William Duncan (Clive Standen) chose to deal with her killer himself-and in permanent fashion. Perhaps he should have heeded that passage about whom vengeance belongs to, because the thug's father (Bruce Willis) and brother (Theo Rossi) are out to ensure that the inevitable cycle of violence repeats.
