Trapped In 5150

Loco and Riot are leaders of two rival gangs Los Locos and La 213 in the inner hood of Los Angeles. When Loco's little brother decides to step into the territory of La 213 all hell will break loose and in no time both rival gangs will face each other in a bloody confrontation. "Loco" manages to escape with his girlfriend Mia and other gang members to an abandon hospital where they will be forced to fight a crazy drug dealer named Tweaker and face the imminent return of Riot.
