Pure Pump:
Pure Pump is a weight-training workout that has been designed to meet the needs of all fitness levels from beginner to advanced. You can follow Tonya as she presents more advanced options or a modifier demonstrating basic version of each exercise. PUMP: Two fun and creative 22-minute sculpting workout that will tone all your major muscle groups while burning fat! These creative segments feature compound weight work and can be done together for a longer more intense workout or separately for an express total body workout. Tonya uses hand weights and a step but you also have the option to follow the modifier using the floor.
ABS & CORE: A short and effective core routine that targets the lower and oblique abdominals. Tonya teaches you exercises that offer you the best results in the shortest amount of time.
STRETCH: A calm and meditative stretch segment focusing on the lengthening of muscles, stress relief and relaxation.
SPIRITUAL WARM-UP: Research has proven that the most effective way to change your lifestyle and stay fit is by addressing unhealthy thinking about yourself, fitness and food. In the Spiritual Warm-Up segments, Tonya offers powerful truths from God's Word as well as practical advice that will help you make lasting change and transform your body, mind and spirit. Step Pump:
A fun and effective workout that not only gets your body into shape but your mind and spirit as well. You can program this DVD to fit your personal needs by choosing any of the segments individually, combining them together or repeating them.
STEP: A 30 minute high energy Step segment that offers basic modifications for the beginner as well as advanced options for the seasoned stepper. The Step segment is all about having fun while getting fit and challenging your brain in the process.
PUMP: A 25 minute toning and sculpting segment which includes abs. Tonya combines exercises so that you work multiple muscle groups at the same time and tone your body from top to bottom in only 25 minutes. Wow!
STRETCH: This segment offers a variety of relaxing stretches.
SPRITUAL WARM-UP: If you choose, you can start your workout with one of 4 different 3 minute segments; Emotional & Spiritual Health, Self-Discipline, Physical Health, or Hope. Trim & Toned:
Tonya Larson created Trim & Toned in 20 to be an incredibly creative and versatile workout DVD that delivers 3 different 20-minute action packed segments: Upper Body, Lower Body, Abs & Core & Stretch. These segments provide body-sculpting on a stability ball, fun fat burning cardio combinations, and targeted abdominal and core work. They can be done individually or combined to create a more intense workout.
Tonya specifically designed Trim & Tone in 20 to be an interval-training workout because studies show that this type of exercise offers the most results, in relation to caloric burn and cardiovascular health, in the shortest period of time. All three workout segments provide the intensity necessary to see real results workout out for only 20-minutes by increasing and decreasing your heart rate and focusing on multiple muscle groups at once. Tonya utilizes the stability ball as a tool to add creativity to this workout with the goal of targeting the core, resulting in stronger leaner abs.

Whether youre in your first, second or third trimester, this workout has been designed to be safe and effective. There are two modifiers visible during various trimesters and or fitness levels. If you havent been workout out prior to becoming pregnant, according to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, you can till start an exercise routine, with your OBGYNs approval, by slowly building up your endurance beginning with 4 minutes of exercise a day.
CARDIO: All 5 Cardio Segments are low-impact, no bouncing or spinning, ad done at a low to moderate bpm (beats per minute) of 130. Tonyas combinations are great because she puts together a lot of fun moves that arent repetitive nor are they overly complex.
SCULPT: A total body workout using light hand-weights, a chair and a mat. Tony addresses all the major muscle groups making sure to offer safe and comfortable modifications for every trimester and fitness level. Most of the exercises are done sitting or leaning on a chair or lying down on your side on a mat.
