Sweet Little Lies

Bess, a rebellious trailer park teen, and her nine-year-old friend Waldo, steal a car and make a desperate journey from Kansas to Las Vegas in search of Bess' father, a man she's never known. It isn't long before the troublesome duo catch the attention of a career grifter called Roach (Bill Sage, American Psycho, Boardwalk Empire, Nurse Jackie). This unlikely trio of misfits embarks on an adventure through the beautiful and dangerous landscapes of America's Midwest, where they encounter an array of lost-souls, deadbeats and con men, and ultimately learn that family can be found in the oddest of places.
