Between the events of "Saw" and "Saw II," John Kramer (Tobin Bell)-the torture killer known as Jigsaw-sojourned to Mexico when he learned of an experimental treatment that could save him from the cancer he thought inoperable. Unfortunately, the promoters of the process were quacks... and unfortunately for them, Kramer has his own sadistic method of dealing with frauds. (2023)
