Growing up in South Central L.A, Homeboyz Jelly and Roughneck see friends sacrificed just to get ahead. When a drug deal is arranged, Jelly sets up Roughneck, who accidentally kills a cop and lands in jail.
When the boys grow into men, they meet again. Jelly has become a successful rap music producer who wants to sign Roughneck’s little brother to a music contract for all the wrong reasons. Now, Roughneck is out of jail and he’s got to settle the score and save his brother at the same time. The results could be deadly in this tough tale of the streets of the hood.
