In PILATES FOR ANYBODY, instructor Theresa Borgen guides viewers through a seven-chapter workout. The first chapter introduces Borgen, a nationally certified instructor with a B.A. in dance. In "Before We Begin," she shares information about Pilates as a whole. From there, she takes the audience from warm-up to cool-down, using exercises that center on a particular area of the body. Borgen pays particular attention to the body´s core, the central focus of Pilates exercises.
