A group of Texas Rangers is called out of retirement when their former captain asks them to help clean up a corrupt town full of a bunch of unsavory criminals. This fun-filled Western stars a virtual gold mine of talent from Hollywood which includes Academy Award winners Pat O'Brien and Walter Brennan, Chill Wills, Andy Devine, Edgar Buchann, Jack Elam, Gypsy Rose Lee, and a young teenage heartthrob Ricky Nelson. It's brains over bullets for the Rangers since their quick-draw may not be as fast as it used to be, but their wits are still as sharp as ever! Over the Hill Gang rides tall in the saddle for a real rootin'-tootin' yee-hah good time.

The Gang is back for more non-stop western fun when the good old boys of yesterday must go against a town full of dastardly and despicable black hat wearing desperados! Still jam-packed with huge stars from the Golden Age of Hollywood, Over the Hill Gang Rides Again also adds the mega talent of Fred Astaire, playing the town drunk former known as the "Baltimore Kid". In an attempt to clean the "Kid" up as well as the town of Waco, the former squad of Texas Rangers spring into action with daring deeds of courage and wit! There's lots of good old-fashioned fun delivered by good old-fashioned actors in this tribute to down home wholesome family entertainment.
