The samll town of Putterton has managed to avoid troubles associated with modern life, such as crime and high prices. But when the new tax man arrives in the form of an ambitious, young and beautiful tax inspector, the idyllic lifestyle of the tiny town is turned upside down. It's up to George Putter (Zane) to distract the inspector using any means possible to keep the town's dirty little secret from being revealed.
