New Life

After 26 years of marriage, Steve Giardino (Alan Alda), an abrasive workaholic Wall Streeter and his wife Jackie (Ann-Margret) divorce and find themselves thrust back into the dating world. Middle aged and in search of A New Life, Steve tries out bar-hopping with his best friend and co-worker Mel (Hal Linden), but quickly realizes that hes outgrown the lifestyle and worries that hell never find anyone until he meet the beautiful Dr. Kay Hutton (Veronica Hamel) and falls heads-over-heels for her. Jackie turns to her best friend Donna (Mary Kay Place) who introduces her to a young sculptor (John Shea) Jackie is enamored with the sculptor before his glaring faults become to much for her. Written and directed by Alan Alda (The Four Seasons).
