Mystery Road: Origin

This 1999-set prequel series casts Mark Coles Smith as the young Jay Swan, returning to his home town of Jardine and signing on with the local police force. Beyond having to deal with his estranged father Jack (Kelton Pell) and the attentions of Mary Allen (Tuuli Narkle), he's faced with the unknown agenda of black-hooded hooligans terrorizing the community.
