Multipurpose Baton Mes Tonfa - Vol. 1: Basic Techniques

By means of practical applications they will show and explain many useful details in a comprehensive way. The content of this program are an entry to the training program of the International-Security-Service I.S.S. as it contains: introduction, various holding methods of the MES, how to carry the MES, changing the grip, basic movements, attack angles and directions, hitting and punching techniques, defense techniques, lever, choking and control techniques.
