MBODIED featuring Sarah MacLeod is a fusion of several fitness disciplines in one total body workout. The WARMUP and CARDIO gets your heart pounding as Sarah leads you through her challenging combos.
This program focuses on TONING MUSCLES, building STRENGTH, with two CORE segments focusing on midsection and finishes with a STRETCH cool down segment. Sarah MacLeod has been a certified personal training consultant and group fitness coach for nearly 10 years. She is trained as a dancer in ballet, jazz and modern dancer with a red belt in Hap Ki Do.
