Providing friendship is forever, Will's best friend and roommate, Belcher, returns from the dead as a cocky, mischievous, and perverted ghost. Belcher soon discovers his cousin, Krista, has started to date and moved in with his best friend. Feeling that Will has become domesticated since settling down, Belcher will do anything and everything to destroy this relationship and get his prank buddy back.
