Krav Maga Lessons is a new series of instructional DVDs with a unique approach: the instructors speak directly to you, and offer real, detailed, lessons to you to work on in your own living room. This Krav Defense System is based mainly on techniques from Krav Maga, but also incorporates elements from Close Combat and Sambo.
