This is a two volume series for instruction in the complete system of Krav Maga, Orange Belt, as envisioned by founder Imi Lichtenfeld. On this first DVD, instructor Yaron Lichtenstein will demonstrate: defense techniques and counter attack at the same time, defense techniques against clinches from the front and the back, with and without locked arms, and many more. The techniques will be demonstrated in details with mitts as well as with a partner. Grandmaster Yaron Lichtenstein began to learn Krav Maga from the Krav Maga founder Imi Lichtenfeld at the age of 13. In 1978 he founded Bukan School along with Imi Lichtenfeld. In 1994, Imi awarded his master student the 9. Dan. This is the highest honor ever granted for Krav Maga.
