The U.S. military has just developed the most advanced combat and surveillance tank - The Iron Thunder. Equipped with a next-generation surgical interface, the Iron Thunder can be entirely controlled by thought, and is the world´s first unstoppable war machine. But when Colonel Nelson (Richard Hatch - Battlestar Galactica) takes the tank on its first live-round test, a freak electronic surge scrambles the interface, and Nelson´s mind!
