Houston Story

Directed by William Castle (House on Haunted Hill), this gritty film noir stars Gene Barry (TVs Burkes Law) as Frank Duncan, a crooked driller looking to steal oil from a Houston field. Duncan enlists mobster Paul Atlas (Edward Arnold, Mr. Smith Goes to Washington) to help him pull off the scam. Duncan finds himself involved with double-crosses, dirty deals and violent criminals, all to try to collect his bounty five million dollars. Also featuring Barbara Hale (TVs Perry Mason), THE HOUSTON STORY is a compelling crime tale about a man willing to do whatever it takes to make it rich.
