Welcome to my Hot Legs Workout!
In the next hour I´m going to teach you all you need to know about how to get into great shape and stay that way.
The routine is an aerobic, "cross-training" circuit, with interval training levels for any age level.
Split into easy to follow sections the workout features a range of different exercises for the whole body, including high and low impact aerobic exercise, boxing, dance, yoga, Pilates and floor work. You will benefit from improved muscle strength, flexibility, muscle tone. posture and, of course, the feel good factor!
The routine is 60 minutes long and you should try to complete the program 3 times a week and I promise you will see great results fast!
