Hoedown

Country music star Eddy Arnold plays himself in this goofy comedy about a new cowboy movie star (Jock Mahoney) on a personal appearance tour for his first movie, unaware that his studio has already decided its a flop and dumped him. He wanders in on a benefit concert hosted by Arnold, featuring Carolina Cotton, The Pied Pipers, and others. Arnold sees potential in the kid and tries to get him back in Hollywoods good graces. Directed by Ray Nazarro, also features Jeff Donnell and Guinn Big Boy Williams.
