As Season 5 of The Hills kicks off as Lauren gets the ultimate surprise when Stephanie brings Heidi to her birthday party. Realizing that their friendship may never be what it once was as long as Spencer is still in the picture, will that keep Lauren and Heidi apart for good? Heidi thought Spencer was ready to grow up when he called off their quickie marriage to give her a dream wedding.
