You´ve seen him in action, helping celebrities lose weight and improve their fitness; now you can follow his ultimate workout yourself. Aimed at all ages and levels of fitness, this program is designed to produce a flatter, firmer stomach, toned arms, buttocks and thighs and more energy; improving fitness and creating weight loss.
The Walden Warm-Up
A 3-stage introduction to get you raring to go, stretched and energized. (8 min.)
Main Workout
3 x circuits. Each circuit features 15 exercises (Marching, Skipping, Boxing, Lunges, Star Jumps, Box-Press, Jogging...) during which Harvey encourages and motivates you to work hard and gain results. Harvey´s ´Fit Team´ demonstrates each exercise and show how some can be changed to become more challenging as you become stronger and fitter. (45 min.)
The Company Cool-Down
Harvey takes you through the paces of a 2 stage cool-down to stretch out and protect your muscles. (6 min.)
Different Levels
(Beginners/Intermediate & Advanced Levels) As you become fitter you will eventually be able to finish all 3 circuits but, even if your fitness levels are low, you can still participate and move up through the stages.
Do the Harvey Walden Way - Get up off your butts and into gear! If you give 110% you will see dramatic results fast! Mission Accomplished! You may stand down.
