Grim

An evil monster called Grim arises after a long sleep beneath the earths surface and terrorizes a previously quiet suburban community. An expedition, led by a couple familiar with the creatures powers, heads out into Grims subterranean domain to find and destroy it. The majority of the team members dont know what theyre getting into... but they soon find out when the monster starts murdering them one by one. Now the survivors must destroy Grim once and for all, before they become its next victims.
