Hoyt and Kelljan play detectives investigating Sax for the strange slaying of a local businessman. Moody is the twisted artist who knows more than he's telling. Cook is the mysterious man with the cane who haunts Sax's bizarre delusions. This film, while cheap and crude in places, features some wonderful delusional sequences with Sax, who looks and acts much like Candace Hilligoss from CARNIVAL OF SOULS. (1964)
