Gallant Lady

Dr. Rosemary Walsh is a month away from parole, having served four years in a Federal Prison for a mercy killing. When her cellmates overpower a guard and escape, Rosemary is forced, against her will, to join them. Abandoned in a rural backwoods, she plans to turn herself in to the authorities, when she meets Dr. Steve Carey. He falls in love with the beautiful but notorious fugitive, and pretends not to recognize her. Steve gives her sanctuary on his sprawling country farm and she aids him with his busy medical practice. Although Rosemary finds joy in this new life, she knows that the law is closing in.
