Frontier House

The reality show craze blew up so big that even public television got in on the act. This 2002 PBS mini series tested the survival skills of three modern families, putting them in wagons and having them live as the 1883 homesteaders did in the Montana wild. Basic values and needs are learned as these three families learn to live in these modest circumstances.
