Federal Hill

On the mean streets of Providence, Rhode Island, five friends struggle for a future in the Mob-infested neighborhood known as Federal hill. Petty burglar Ralph (Nicholas Turturro of "NYPD Blue") and his drug dealing friend Nicky (Anthony De Sando) are inseparable until a beautiful and privileged college student leads Nicky to cross over to the right side of the tracks, leaving Ralph and the gang behind. But when trouble emerges back on the Hill, Nicky is forced to choose between his friends and his dreams away from Federal Hill.
