Escape Into Night

This two-disc set features all six episodes of the classic fantasy-horror mini-series. A young girl is stuck in her home due to an illness. To pass the time she draws pictures that, amazingly, come to life in her dreams. She draws a house, which then appears in her dreams. Then she draws a boy in the upper window, who also appears in her dreams. In short, she can influence her dreams by changing her drawings; but when she draws a number of boulders around the house, her dreams become nightmares, filled with one-eyed rock monsters that slowly creep toward her house. Even worse, she is unable to erase them from her drawings when she is awake! (1972)
