Dorm Troopers

College resident assistant Roman Bickerstaff runs his dorm with an ironic fist. He's made a reputation for himself with unyielding discipline and head-scratching unawareness. A young documentarian follows Roman during his day to day RA life to see what makes him tick. But when the college starts making cutbacks, Roman's job is at stake. Can he keep his cool or will his austere persona be his ultimate downfall?
