Army scientist Professor Carroll is mysteriously killed before he can give the details of his new discovery to the government. He was working on a top-secret project to develop a formula for a powerful explosive. One by one, the men who worked with the professor are murdered. Military intelligence is called in to investigate and track down the elusive assassin. What they uncover points to a conspiracy of insiders who are dedicated to destroying the U.S. military by any means necessary.
