A little larceny. A lot of laughs!
Today is the first day of the rest of his life and, for inept barber Kresk, that´s little encouragement. Then it happens. Kresk overhears information that - if he hires a hitman, hides the body and doesn´t fall in love with the policewoman trying to arrest him - can make him rich today and forever.
Larceny and laughs combine when Steve Zahn plays hapless Kresk, Salma Hayek is the cop he´d like to go undercovers with, and a comical parade of characters are entangled in Kresk´s scam to grab a fortune in rare coins. Among the characters: a con man who won´t stay dead (Jeff Goldblum), a soft-hearted hitman (Elijah Wood), an overgrown Timberscout (David Cross), a billionaire (Tom Wilkinson), a cross-dressing nurse (Orlando Jones) and a terror of an ex-wife (Lara Flynn Boyle). It´s an unbroken chain of hilarity!
