Birth Of Deceit

Ambar returns to her hometown to visit her grandmother with the help of her friend Oggie. While visiting, her grandmother and Oggie discover that Ambar is still suffering from the effects of her parent's deaths. Her grandmother sends a law enforcement officer over to Ambar's residence for a wellness check. The officer, Lucy was a good friend of Ambar's mother. Ambar feels drawn to Lucy as she is the bridge between her and her deceased mother. They end up spending more time together. Lucy introduces Ambar to her husband Herald. Ambar introduces Oggie to her old friend, Amanda. Amanda discovers that Herald has been having an affair with another woman inside the house and tells Ambar. Lucy, becoming increasingly jealous of Ambar's friendship with Oggie threatens him to stay away from her. Oggie enlists the help of Amanda to figure out what Lucy is up to. Together along with an unlikely ally, they will stop at nothing to save their friend from imminent danger. (2019)
