Welcome to the YOGA WHEEL PILATES SERIES. These are not your traditional yoga wheel exercises. They use the wheel in an innovative Pilates inspired way to lengthen and strengthen the muscles so you will create a longer, leaner physique.
THE WORKOUTS ARE:
Yoga Wheel Upper (25 mins): A challenging upper body workout that uses the wheel to elevate as well as to create resistance for isometric contractions.
Yoga Wheel Abs (34 mins): An intense core workout that will work your abs from all angles. The wheel adds instability and weight to traditional Pilates style exercises.
Yoga Wheel Inner Thighs (35 mins): This mat workout focuses on small isometric movements to really get deep into the muscles of the inner thighs. Using pulsing and squeezing on the wheel you will definitely feel the fire in all the right places.
Yoga Wheel Glutes and Outer Thighs (31 mins): A creative mat workout that uses the wheel as resistance and to deepen contractions. You will perform all your favourite Pilates style exercises such as the pretzel, table top glutes and outer thigh raises.

About the Instructor: Hi, I'm Linda - creator of Barlates Body Blitz. I have worked in the diet and fitness industry for most of my career and have created close to 300 workout videos to bring my passion for exercise to you!
My desire is to help you sculpt a strong, healthy body with a fusion of barre, pilates, yoga as well as more traditional cardio + toning exercises.
