Welcome to my STANDING AND MAT ABS series. In this series you will work your core from every angle with effective standing and mat exercises! This variety of techniques will define your waist, flatten your lower belly and trim that muffin top.

INCLUDES 4 WORKOUTS:

Standing Abs (23 mins): These standing abdominal exercises will tighten your tummy, whittle away that muffin top and burn unwanted body fat. A fusion of kickbox inspired moves and dance this workout will burn a ton of calories too!

Standing Abs Blast (26 mins): You will whittle your waistline from all directions without straining your neck or cramping your abs. Theres also a high cardio effect with these fast paced exercises.

Standing and Kneeling Abs (38 mins): Use the graceful movements of ballet barre to target those love-handles upper and lower bellies. Utilizing standing and kneeling exercises you will sculpt your core from every angle to create a streamlined waistline and flat tummy.

Twisting Abs (31 mins): Twist your abdominals into shape using a broom stick! Whittle away your waistline and trim your hips with a fluid twisting motions that will increase mobility and strengthen your entire core.
