Join Australian artist Jeff Martin as he travels to the best restaurants on Earth to create unique large-scale artworks. In each fine dining establishment, Martin spends one night sketching the chaos of the kitchen mid-service and then uses his drawings to create a one-off piece of art. The series counts down to an exhibition of his work that will run at the 50 Best Restaurant Awards in London.
