Arsenal Stadium Mystery

The top professional soccer team Arsenal, is about to play the Trojans, the premier amateur team of England. However, Doyce, the Trojans’ star player, is nowhere to be found. Five minutes before the end of the first half, he arrives, but then collapses and dies. The Police Inspector arrives to find that Doyce has been poisoned. As the investigation continues, it becomes clear that many of the players had motives for killing Doyce, and that he himself was far from innocent. (1938)
