Alibi

When hapless husband Greg (Michael Kitchen, Foyle's War) throws a lavish 25th anniversary party for his wife, Linda (Phyllis Logan, Downton Abbey), he ends up accidentally killing his business partner, who also happens to be Linda's lover. Marcey (Sophie Okonedo, Hotel Rwanda), a government employee moonlighting as a waitress, discovers Greg with the corpse and helps him dispose of it. Made for British television, this offbeat tale is "equal parts black comedy, thriller, and farce"—Guardian (UK).
