Movie star and fashion icon Elizabeth Hurley heads the cast of this compelling three hour mini series from international author Barbara Taylor Bradford, in which two beautiful women struggle through five eventful decades of hidden love, high drama and the pain of sudden death.

Audra, a young artistic girl is deprived of her privileged childhood when her mother dies. Despite marrying out of her class, Audra finds compensation through her beautiful daughter Christina, and she resolves that Christina will have everything in her life that she herself was denied.

But much to her mothers dismay, Christina abandons a promising career as an artist to become an acclaimed fashion designer. Christina's life is further complicated by an affair with a married Member of Parliament - an affair that leaves her pregnant.

However, all debts are repaid as the pattern of duty and sacrifice comes full circle.
