In the wake of classmate Hannah Baker's (Katherine Langford) suicide, high school student Clay Jensen (Dylan Minnette) receives seven audio cassettes recorded by her before she died. The information on the tapes and revealing flashbacks chronicle Hannah and Clay's relationship and detail the people and events that led her to take her own life. Based on the novel by Jay Asher, this acclaimed mystery series also stars Christian Navarro, Alisha Boe, Brandon Flynn, and Kate Walsh.
